• Complete the registration form.
• The lucky draw period starts on June 14 at 9 AM (GMT-3) and ends on June 30 at 11 PM (GMT-3).
• 10 participants will be eligible to win 10 national football team jerseys from Argentina. The winners will be randomly selected from the eligible participants.
• The winners will be announced within the next 3 days at the close of the lucky draw.
• Participants must be OKX customers with Level 2 identity verification. Verify your status here.
• Only residents in Argentina are eligible to participate in the campaign.

Terms and Conditions

These Social Media Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) are entered into between you (“User” or “you”) and StellarX Technology Company Limited (“OKX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your access and participation in our social media lucky draws (the “Lucky Draws”) (collectively, the “Agreement” or the "Terms").

No purchase is necessary. Transactions, purchases, or payments of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. Participation is limited to legal residents in non-prohibited jurisdictions. OKX social media lucky draws are void where prohibited or restricted by law.

By accessing the Lucky Draws, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the Agreement, and will be legally bound by all these Terms. If you do not agree to be bound by the Agreement, do not access or participate in the lucky draws.

OKX social media lucky draws are not available to you, and you may not participate in OKX social media lucky draws, if you are located in any of the Restricted Jurisdictions listed in Section 1.2.

1. Eligibility

1.1 Participant Eligibility. Lucky draws are open only to legal residents of Argentina, through whom OKX can offer its Services, who are 18 years of age or older. All participants must comply with this Agreement and with all applicable Terms of Service, user terms, ads and other operating rules (“User Agreements”) as modified and updated by OKX from time to time, and comply with these eligibility conditions. The determination of compliance will be at the sole discretion of OKX.

1.2. Restricted Jurisdictions. Lucky Draws are not available to residents of or located in the following jurisdictions: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Crimea, Malaysia, Syria, the Bahamas, Canada, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, India, Brazil, Bangladesh, Bolivia, Donetsk, Luhansk, Malta, El Salvador, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan (collectively, "Restricted Jurisdictions"). By accessing the Lucky Draws, you represent and warrant that you are not a resident of and are not located in any Restricted Jurisdiction at the time of accessing the Lucky Draws. You acknowledge that the lucky draws are subject to certain geographical restrictions and may not be available in your area, and that all related assets will be offered only in the regions determined by OKX at our sole discretion.

1.3 Ineligible Parts. OKX, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, promotional agencies, sales representatives, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, and assignees (collectively, the “Promotional Parties”) are not eligible to participate in the lucky draws or win a reward. This also includes any respective immediate family member and/or those living in the same household (whether related or not). For the purposes of this Agreement, a “family member” includes any spouse, partner, parent or stepparent, legal guardian, parent-in-law, grandparent, children or stepchildren, siblings or stepsiblings, and grandchildren.

1.4 Additional Eligibility Criteria and Rule Changes. Please note that additional rules and eligibility criteria may be announced through other channels, such as OKX Argentina's Instagram account or OKX Latam's X account. OKX reserves the right to change the terms of the Lucky Draws at any time at its discretion. Furthermore, OKX reserves the right to disqualify any participant who shows signs of fraudulent behavior at OKX's sole discretion.

1.5 Legal and Regulatory Restrictions. Lucky Draws are subject to all applicable laws and regulations and are void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. How to Participate

2.1 Prize. Participation in the lucky draws is free. The lucky draws will be held on Instagram via the social channel of OKX Argentina (@okx_argentina) and/or on X via the social channel of OKX Latam (@okxlatam). Without limiting the foregoing, to be eligible to win the Prize of each Lucky Draw, eligible participants must complete the procedures set forth in this Agreement and other user agreements, including, but not limited to, the following:

Instagram (X) Entry:

Follow the relevant OKX account with the participant's personal Instagram account.
Complete the required tasks in the relevant post on OKX's social channel(s).

Twitter (X) entry:

Follow the relevant OKX account with the participant's personal X account.
Complete the required tasks in the relevant post on OKX's social channel(s).

2.2 Limitations on Participation. Limit of one (1) entry per individual per household during the Lucky Draw Period (as defined below). Any entry received from any individual on another account, or attempting to create an additional account, during the Lucky Draw Period will be disqualified. Any attempt by the participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple and/or different email addresses or any other method will void all entries from that participant, and that participant may be disqualified. The use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will also result in disqualification. If a dispute arises over the identity of a potential winner, the entry will be declared made by the authorized owner of the email account associated with the participant's OKX account (“Participant's Email Address”). A potential winner may be required to provide sufficient identification to prove they are the authorized owner of the email account. For purposes of this section, the “authorized account owner” is the individual to whom the applicable email account was assigned. Proof of submission of an entry does not constitute proof of delivery.

3. Reward. There will be a total of 10 rewards, and 10 winners will be selected to receive a reward ("Reward") as described in the relevant social network post published by OKX Argentina and OKX Latam (the "Lucky Draw Post"). No cash alternative will be offered. The rewards are not transferable and no substitutions will be made except as set forth in this Agreement and at the sole discretion of OKX. Rewards consist solely of the items specifically listed and described as part of the Reward. In no event will more rewards be awarded than declared.

4. Lucky Draw Period.

The Lucky Draw will be conducted during the time specified in the Lucky Draw Post (the "Lucky Draw Period").

5. Winner Selection

5.1 Winner Selection. The winner of the Lucky Draw Period will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received within the Lucky Draw Period.

5.2 OKX's Confirmation is Final and Binding. OKX will select the winner(s) within 3 days after the end of the Lucky Draw Period. The selection of the winners will be final and binding.

6. Winner Notification and Claiming of Rewards

6.1 Notification to Potential Winner. The winner is responsible for ensuring they can accept the reward as stated and in accordance with this Agreement. Potential winners will be notified via their social media account by an OKX representative with instructions on how to claim their reward. To remain eligible to claim their reward, potential winners must respond to this message within 24 hours.

6.2 Requirements for the Potential Winner. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond to the email within the allotted 24-hour time, rejects the prize, or if a prize and/or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified without further notice and an alternate winner may be selected.

6.3 Reward Compliance. The reward distribution will take place within thirty days after the winner's verification. OKX is not responsible for undelivered emails due to any form of active or passive filtering by the participant's email or insufficient space in the participant's account to receive emails. Instances such as these will be considered a loss of the reward, and no clearing will be provided. OKX will have no further obligations to the participant in such cases.

6.4 Transfer or Substitution Stipulations. The rewards are not transferable, and no substitutions will be made, except as set forth in these rules and at the sole discretion of OKX. OKX reserves the right to substitute a reward for one of equal or greater value if the designated reward becomes unavailable for any reason. Rewards consist only of those items specifically listed and described as part of the reward. In no event will more rewards be awarded than declared.

6.5 Non-Deliverable Rewards. Details of rewards not specifically mentioned in these rules will be determined at the sole discretion of OKX. OKX is not responsible and will not replace any reward that is undeliverable, or any reward(s) or components of a reward that are lost, damaged, or stolen.

7. Fiscal and Shipping Concerns. OKX will send the Reward via the shipping service it deems appropriate, and the winner will be responsible for all applicable taxes.

8. Representations and Warranties. OKX makes no representation or warranty with respect to the lucky draw. All calculations for the final Lucky Draw rewards are verified by OKX, and the corresponding calculation methods have been established in these rules, but OKX does not guarantee that its calculations will be free from errors or interference.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1 Limitations of Liability. To the maximum extent allowed by law, any liability not expressly provided herein will be disclaimed by OKX. Except as required by law, in no event shall OKX, its directors, members, officers, employees or agents be liable for special, indirect or consequential damages, or any other damages, whether in an action in contract, tort (including but not limited to negligence), or otherwise arising out of or in any way connected with the promotion, including, without limitation, any damages caused by or resulting from any participant's reliance on any information obtained from OKX, or resulting from errors, omissions, interruptions, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance, whether or not resulting from an act of God, communications failure, OKX, its directors, members, officers, employees or agents shall be limited in their liability, whether individually or collectively, to ten US dollars ($10 USD).

9.2 No Responsibility. No third-party company is a promoter of this lucky draw or accepts any responsibility in connection with the lucky draw rewards.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law. Participants agree that to participate in the Lucky Draws, any and all claims, disputes, and causes of action of any kind or nature arising out of or related to the Lucky Draws, directly or indirectly, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales without regard to any conflict of laws principles.

10.2 Arbitration. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute or claim arising out of or related to this Agreement will be subject to binding arbitrage administered by the London Court of International Arbitration (“LCIA”). The LCIA arbitration will be held in London, England, before a sole LCIA arbitrator, who shall be a retired judicial officer. The parties shall bear their own fees and costs of arbitration, unless the arbitrator orders otherwise. The parties shall equally split the LCIA arbitrator's fees and expenses. LCIA arbitration shall be governed by the LCIA Arbitration Rules, as modified by this Agreement, and dispositive motions shall be allowed, and the arbitrator shall follow this Agreement, shall have the same power to award damages and relief as a court (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs), and shall issue a written binding decision, which may be enforced by the entry of a judgment by any court of competent jurisdiction.

10.3 Limited Discovery. Participants agree that OKX will not be obligated to provide general document discovery, but may be required to produce only specific, identified documents that are relevant and material to the outcome of the Dispute.

10.4 Final and Binding Nature. Any arbitration award shall be final and binding upon the parties and shall be enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

10.5 Without Class Action or Litigation. The participants agree to resolve any and all disputes with OKX individually through arbitration instead of as part of any class action or representative litigation.

OKX Privacy Policy. All information provided by the participants is subject to the Privacy Policy of OKX. By participating in the lucky draw, you grant OKX permission to share any personally identifiable information for the purpose of rewards administration and fulfillment.

12. Social Networks Disclaimer

12.1 Social Network Account. Please note that an X and/or Telegram account may be required to participate.

12.2 Relationship with the Social Media Platform. Lucky Draws are not sponsored, endorsed, associated with, or administered by X or Telegram.

12.3 Required Information. All participants understand and agree that they are providing their information to OKX, and not to X or Telegram.

13. Miscellaneous

13.1 Entire and Complete Understanding. All terms and conditions, user agreements, policies, rules, and relevant ads (as modified, supplemented, and updated from time to time) published on the OKX web constitute the complete and total understanding and agreement between you and OKX in relation to this Lucky Draw.

13.2 New Notices, Ads, and Updates. OKX may publish additional ads with more details regarding the Lucky Draws from time to time at its sole discretion as it deems appropriate. Please carefully read and review these notices, ads, and updates related to or about the Lucky Draws to be eligible to win rewards offered in the Lucky Draws. Your continued participation in the lucky draws after being notified of these changes constitutes your acceptance of the relevant ads.

13.3 Right to Change or Amend. OKX reserves the right to exclude any participant from the Lucky Draws without prior notice and cancel this Lucky Draw without prior notice, at its sole discretion.

13.4 Final Decision and Interpretation. OKX reserves the right to interpret the Terms of the Lucky Draw as it deems fit, and reserves the right to change or modify these Terms at any time at its sole discretion.
