ChainCatcher 消息，AI 芯片制造商 Groq 公司（Groq Inc.）在与英伟达 (NVDA.O) 达成一项价值 200 亿美元的许可协议后，正向现有投资者筹集高达 6.5 亿美元的资金，用于成立一家新公司。这家被称为 “Groq2” 的新公司据称将转型脱离芯片制造业务，转而专注于构建 “AI 新云”（AI neoclouds）服务。
