深潮 TechFlow 消息，5 月 30 日，据 Globenewswire 报道，美股上市比特币财库公司 Genius Group 宣布，由于该公司股价异常波动于 5 月 27 日从 0.24 美元涨至 0.52 美元，盘中涨幅高达 116%，因此根据 NYSE American 声明要求回应股票异常市场交易情况。
Genius Group 表示，该公司业务和运营没有发生任何未披露的重大事项，也未发现其他可能导致股价异常波动的原因，当前未进行涉及股东、董事或高管的未披露交易，此前已公布董事会批准AI财库战略，计划投资最多 1 亿美元于 AGI Infinity 投资组合，涉及 SpaceX 、OpenAI 等，另外其首轮比特币股东奖励计划结束，第二轮将于 6 月 1 日启动，目前已请求美国市场监控公司 Shareholder Intelligence 对市场交易进行专项分析，同时保留对任何违法或操纵行为追责的权利。
