香港拟设国际商事法庭审跨境纠纷大案，判决可在内地执行
Odaily星球日报讯 香港司法机构宣布，计划在高等法院辖下设立香港国际商事法庭，专门审理大额、复杂的国际及跨境商业纠纷，判决可在内地执行。
作为香港高等法院辖下的法庭，《高等法院条例》及《高等法院规则》已为设立香港国际商事法庭提供所需的法律框架。香港司法机构将发布专用的实务指示，订明香港国际商事法庭的司法管辖范围内的案件类别以及详细的法庭程序，内容包括在参考其他国际商事法庭的最佳做法后简化诉讼程序的措施、提供更灵活的上诉处理机制，以及如何确保案件和上诉得到及时处理。
香港司法机构指出，为符合国际惯例，并反映案件的国际性及跨司法管辖区的特点，香港国际商事法庭将在处理案件时广泛运用科技，包括远程聆讯、电子存档、电子文件册和以语音转换文字技术制作誊本，以提高司法效率。（财新网）
