Orca 推出票据化实物资产合规交易市场
ChainCatcher 消息，据 CoinDesk 报道，Solana 去中心化交易所 Orca 推出“许可池”基础设施，面向合规要求较高的实物资产代币化交易。首批接入方为大宗商品代币化公司 Streamex，其黄金挂钩证券 GLDY 将成为首个在该系统中交易的合规代币。
Orca 表示，该机制主要面向美国市场，仅允许通过 KYC 审核的合格投资者买卖、持有相关代币，发行方可自定义准入规则并由链上系统自动执行。许可池运行在 Orca 既有流动性基础设施之上，界面将标注资产是否受限及用户是否具备交易资格。
