ChainCatcher 消息，总部位于达拉斯的银行 United Texas Bank 已从得克萨斯州特许银行转为由 Office of the Comptroller of the Currency 批准的全国性银行，定位为连接全球加密公司与美国银行系统的机构。United Texas Bank 表示，其目前拥有与主要货币中心银行相同的联邦许可和直接接入 Federal Reserve 的能力，并已为全球加密公司每月清算约 100 亿美元的美元交易量。
该行正在推出 24/7 AI 驱动支付网络 UTB Atomic，并与其合规平台 UTB Prism Sentinel 配套，用于恢复全天候加密流动性并满足数字资产和稳定币相关新兴联邦规则。
