Forbes：Hyperliquid SpaceX 永续合约成监管盲区，私人公司估值定价引发警示
深潮 TechFlow 消息，5 月 27 日，据 Forbes 报道，2026年 5月 18 日，去中心化衍生品交易所 Hyperliquid 通过其 HIP-3 框架上线了一份以 SpaceX 为标的的合成永续合约，参考价 150 美元，隐含估值约 1.78 万亿美元，上线数小时内价格飙升至 216 美元附近，HYPE 代币同日涨约 7%。
该合约无需 SpaceX 授权，不赋予持有者任何股权或投票权，以 USDC 结算，价格完全由市场情绪驱动。SpaceX 既未申报、未同意，也未从中获益，却被动拥有了一个实时杠杆定价市场。
监管层面，该合约既非传统证券，发行方又为离岸协议，SEC与 CFTC 均难以主张管辖权，形成明显的执法真空。文章警示，OpenAI、Anthropic、Stripe 等高估值私人公司同样面临被匿名开发者随时"上币"的风险，而零售投资者将在缺乏财务披露的情况下承担杠杆风险。
