Paxos 子公司获 SEC 批准成为美国首家区块链原生注册清算机构
ChainCatcher 消息，据 PRNewswire 报道，稳定币发行商 Paxos 宣布其子公司 Paxos Securities Settlement Company, LLC（PSSC）已获得美国证券交易委员会（SEC）批准，正式注册为清算机构，依据 1 证券法提供证券清算与结算服务。
据悉，此次注册使 PSSC 成为美国首家区块链原生获批注册清算机构，可作为中央证券存管机构（CSD）为合格证券交易提供清算与结算服务。
