CFTC发布7×24小时交易监管指导意见，强调加密衍生品更适合全天候交易
BlockBeats 消息，5 月 29 日，美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）清算与风险部、市场监督部及市场参与者部联合发布工作人员指导意见，就 7×24 小时交易、清算和结算相关事项提供监管指引。鉴于市场对全天候交易模式的兴趣不断增长，CFTC 表示，希望在鼓励市场负责任创新的同时，提醒指定合约市场、掉期执行设施、衍生品清算机构及期货佣金商履行《商品交易法》及相关监管规定下的义务。
该指导意见重点说明了计划开展 7×24 小时交易和清算业务的机构所应承担的监管责任及工作人员预期，并讨论了不同资产类别在评估全天候交易、清算和结算适用性时需要考虑的差异。例如，CFTC 指出，由于加密资产具备数字化基础设施和全球市场覆盖等特点，以加密资产为标的的衍生品可能更适合 7×24 小时交易；而农产品等其他衍生品市场，由于客户群体、区域属性及特定交易和套期保值需求等因素，可能不适合全天候交易。
CFTC 表示，注册机构应主动采取措施，确保市场在持续发展的同时符合《商品交易法》及相关监管要求。
