韩国投资证券与OKX拟共同收购Coinone 40%股份，总金额或超3亿美元
Odaily星球日报讯 韩国投资证券将于 5 月 29 日与 OKX 共同签署协议，双方各自收购韩国加密交易所 Coinone 20%股份，合计收购 40%股份。
报道称，本次交易总金额预计在 5000 亿至 6000 亿韩元（约 3.32 亿至 3.98 亿美元）之间，主要将通过新股发行方式完成，现有大股东的经营权保持不变。
韩国投资证券表示，未来将基于此次收购推进代币证券发行与流通、法人客户拓展及大宗经纪等数字资产业务。（Edaily）
