ChainCatcher 消息，美国德克萨斯联合银行 United Texas Bank 宣布已获美国货币监理署（OCC）批准，将其州立银行牌照转换为国家银行牌照，使其可直接接入美联储支付系统（ACH 与 Wire），并维持 FDIC 保险覆盖，从而为加密交易所、OTC 交易台及稳定币相关业务提供更稳定的美元银行通道，解决加密市场的美元结算与流动性问题。
